Last updated: June 20, 2026

Our commitment

Undisputed Media is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML, landmark regions, and a single main heading per page.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast meeting AA thresholds for normal and large text.
  • Alt text on meaningful images and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
  • Labeled form controls with accessible error messaging.
  • Responsive layouts that respect user zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.

Compatibility

Our site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.

Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content (e.g., maps, schedulers, social embeds) may not fully meet our standards. We work with vendors to improve accessibility and provide alternative contact methods below.
